1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the myOffice Admin Portal at portal.myoffice.net.za, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use this platform.

2. Authorised Use

Access to the myOffice portal is granted only to authorised building administrators, super-administrators, service providers, and venue managers associated with registered buildings. Unauthorised access is prohibited.

3. User Responsibilities

• Keep your sign-in credentials confidential and do not share magic-link emails or OTP codes.
• Use the platform only for legitimate building management purposes.
• Ensure that personal data entered for occupants and suppliers is accurate and collected lawfully.
• Report any suspected security incidents to the platform administrator immediately.

4. WhatsApp Communications

Outbound WhatsApp messages sent through myOffice must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy. You may not use the platform to send spam, unsolicited marketing, or content that violates Meta's policies. Misuse may result in account suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and content forming part of the myOffice platform are the property of the platform operator. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from third-party service interruptions (e.g. WhatsApp API downtime).

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
